October 2025 Update — Honda K kits progress, New Zetec downpipe/flex, and SWAG!
Honda K24 conversion — dev status
Another customer van is inbound, and is the first auto transmission K24 install! The Bostig engine management setup for the K-swap is moving along, and the custom relay and power distribution box should be going into production end of this month. This unit is the hub of our completely plug and play setup with all new harness parts and wiring! It'll actually be easier than the zetec, which is saying quite a lot as the zetec was already the the first plug and play setup, and is already the easiest to install wiring setup for a vanagon conversion.

Our first 316 stainless exhaust setup! Just like the rest of our design philosophy this downpipe will finally allow an escape from the reality of poor quality, short-lived flex couplers. Heat and flexing are the main culprits that wear out flex couplers. OEM couplers are the best quality, but not available in the aftermarket. Add to this corrosive compounds formed during combustion and moisture, and you have a recipe for short-lived flex couplers. But this is the answer to that problem set, a larger 2.5" coupler for significantly increased surface area to lower peak temps while still keeping the better suited 2" OD exhaust pipe interfaces (greater number of quiet mufflers available in this size range that fit). The custom adapter/bends don't exist anywhere, so we had to have them made, and turns out this is a great fit for additive manufacturing. These are Selective Laser Fused parts, and have 99.9% of the density of regular 316 SS tubing.
Why do all this? Because now the weak link... the flex couplers, can be had off the shelf for under $30, and can be replaced in 30 minutes with two clamps! There's one set in stock, and new orders have a lead time of 4-6 weeks.

SWAG!
We've added two T-shirts and a pint glass! We've never sold swag before, but figured why not. We ordered some stuff through printful to check out their service and their products, and they're pretty good! So we've added a few things, and hopefully the order flow stuff works as it should (fingers crossed). Let us know if you encounter any weirdness.
